Captain Divya Dahiya

Captain Divya Dahiya’s career has always been about service and shaping lives. She began her journey as the First Lady Officer commissioned in the Corps of Signals, where she trained young officers and lived the values of courage, discipline, and leadership every day. Her years in the Indian Army built the foundation for her approach to career counselling today: structured, empathetic, and focused on bringing out the best in every individual.

Captain Divya holds a B.Sc. in Home Science with a specialization in Child Development and a B.Ed. from Lady Irwin College. She also deepened her academic path with dual Master’s degrees, one in English and another in Psychology. This combination of child development, communication, and psychology uniquely makes her the best counsellor to understand not just what students want to achieve, but who they are as individuals.

🟠 Your Career Your Legacy

The Need for Career Counselling

Every career journey is shaped by choices, and the right guidance can make all the difference. Career counselling serves as a compass—helping students and professionals discover direction, clarity, and confidence.

Clarity Beyond Guesswork

Career counselling gives students and young professionals a clear sense of direction. Instead of relying on trial and error, they gain structured guidance to make informed choices about their future.

Balancing Parents and Students

Counselling should never sideline parents. Rather, it should bring them into the process. By aligning parental expectations with a student’s interests, families can make future-focused decisions together.

Legacy Career Architects

Legacy Career Architects

Legacy Career Architects was born out of a simple but powerful observation: too many students choose careers based on pressure from parents, peers, or society rather than their own true potential. Having seen how this struggle leads to confusion and unhappiness, Captain Divya Dahiya’s motivation behind this initiative is very personal. The founder has not only guided students but also witnessed how career counselling shaped her own daughters’ journeys. With the support of counselling, they pursued Liberal Arts in the U.S., discovered their strengths, and found success in their chosen fields. Their success reaffirmed her belief that the right guidance can transform lives. It inspired Captain Divya to dedicate herself to helping others make choices true to their selves.

At its core, Legacy Career Architects carries the philosophy: “We don’t just guide careers — we architect legacies.” The focus is not limited to suggesting courses or colleges; it is about designing purposeful paths that align with individual strengths and aims. Each counselling session blends empathy with structured strategies for students and professionals alike. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, every career plan is a blueprint tailored to the individual, with the long-term goal of helping them build a future that is meaningful and enduring.
