Captain Divya Dahiya’s career has always been about service and shaping lives. She began her journey as the First Lady Officer commissioned in the Corps of Signals, where she trained young officers and lived the values of courage, discipline, and leadership every day. Her years in the Indian Army built the foundation for her approach to career counselling today: structured, empathetic, and focused on bringing out the best in every individual.
Captain Divya holds a B.Sc. in Home Science with a specialization in Child Development and a B.Ed. from Lady Irwin College. She also deepened her academic path with dual Master’s degrees, one in English and another in Psychology. This combination of child development, communication, and psychology uniquely makes her the best counsellor to understand not just what students want to achieve, but who they are as individuals.

The founder has not only guided students but also witnessed how career counselling shaped her own daughters’ journeys. With the support of counselling, they pursued Liberal Arts in the U.S., discovered their strengths, and found success in their chosen fields. Their success reaffirmed her belief that the right guidance can transform lives. It inspired Captain Divya to dedicate herself to helping others make choices true to their selves.

I have had the privilege of knowing Ms. Divya Dahiya for about four years: first as my
English teacher, then as an educational advisor in my previous school (St. Kabir Public
School) and now as my career-counselling mentor, and I can confidently say that she is one
of the most impactful educators I have ever worked with. During my school years, she not
